It is impossible to catalog all items. New items are constantly being added to the thousands of parts in inventory. If the item you required is not listed, send sample for identification. Samples will be returned with order, at your request.

HANDLING / FINISH INFORMATION.

Handling is determined on all windows and doors from the inside looking out. Finishes are furnished as close to original manufacturer’s specifications as possible, depending upon availability.

PRICING / TERMS.

Net 30 days to approved accounts. 1 ½ % service charge per month (18% annually) will be added to all balances over 30 days. All orders are subject to acceptance by Replacement Hardware Mfg. Possession of this price list or catalog does not necessarily constitute an offer by the company to sell to the holder on the basis of terms described hereon. Orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at price in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Freight FOB

Hialeah, FL. Florida customers are subject to Florida state sales taxes, unless a tax exempt number card is furnished with order, or is on file.

NEW ACCOUNTS.

Orders will be shipped on "cash in advance basis". Credit may be established by submitting credit application for approval. Allow six weeks for processing.

RETURNED CHECKS.

Checks returned for any reason will be charged a service fee of  $25.00.

CLAIMS.

All claims on merchandise lost or damaged in transit, shall be made by consignee, except parcel post claims, which shall be handled through our office. Once a shipment is signed for by truck, bus or express, our responsibility ceases, and it is the responsibility of the carrier to honor claim for damages or loss.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE.

No returns accepted without our authorization. All returns must be within 30 days and accompanied with the invoice. A re-stocking fee may apply. Merchandise return later than 30 days or special order items, will not be accepted for credit.
